Patricia “Patty” Minto joined the Community Action mission 50 years ago and has served as the Chief Finance Officer at Jefferson County Community Action Council since 1973. She is responsible for all accounting, payroll, and data processing operations at the agency. She has maintained clean audit reports throughout her tenure and has never had a financial finding.
“Patty is the corner block of our organization,” said Michael McGlumphy, Chief Executive Officer of Jefferson County CAC. “In all my years of working, I have never found a more dedicated or motivated individual. No challenge is too big.”
In honor of Patty’s 50th anniversary with Community Action, she was given special recognition during the Service Awards announcement at the 2018 OACAA Annual Summer Conference. Thank you, Patty, for your dedication to the mission of Community Action.
