“Getting More Done”: How to Create a Productive Work Environment for Yourself and Others

Since January 2020, our way of working and managing has changed drastically. In some ways, we are still coming out of an upside-down Alice in Wonderland environment. As we find our way to this new normal as workers and managers, how can we be sure that we are being productive and not just busy? Busy people work hard but sometimes seem not to accomplish much. If we are working from home or managing staff that work from home – are we confident they are working productively? This session will review the current research on busyness vs. productivity and strategies for both employees and managers whether they work from home or in an office setting. Learn how to create or improve work environments with a culture of trust and productivity.
