The Customer Confidence Toolkit was created for OACAA members to empower customers to seek help, share their stories, and for the community to build a positive association with Community Action. The OACAA board’s Public Relations Committee had a crucial role in developing the goals, objectives, and messaging for this toolkit, which was intended to be long-lasting and easily customizable. In addition to the messaging framework, this toolkit contains a partner letter template, sample blog, customizable Canva social media graphics & sample posts, and printable posters.
As a special add-on to this toolkit, the 2022 Social Media Calendar Toolkit linked within contains over 40 customizable holiday and Community Action-themed posts! This bonus toolkit was created to assist OACAA members with planning and scheduling social media content for the upcoming calendar year.
