Stressing Less, Accomplishing More

Description

As life slowed down in the pandemic, fear rose, life changed and the days sped up.  Suddenly, there was too much to do, not enough time and virus concerns stressed the mind.   The new normal took it’s toll on our body and our inner peace.  Tools that normally work for stress management no longer seemed to work.  Sleep was disrupted, diet was off, motivation waned and frustration took over.

Learn three instant brain hacks to use when stress rises, negativity increases and the mind says, “ No way.”  Develop new tools to motivate yourself when the going gets tough and motivation dips.  Discover how to maintain your peace and calm no matter how busy you are.
