Paving a Path out of Poverty: Customer Service in Community Action

Description:

I sincerely believe that good customer/social services will bring people back. When they return, we can continue to evaluate their situation, provide new resources, and hopefully, they can find their way.

This customer service training reviews how to effectively keep personal stresses from interfering with good customer service and treat all internal and external customers respectfully. Deescalating conflict is also discussed. The training is appropriate for all employee levels, including case managers, front-line staff, senior management, and board members.
